UK Newspapers via Lexis Nexis - access problem and workaround

 Lexis Library

We're having intermittent problems accessing articles from UK Newspapers via Lexis Nexis - searching the database is OK, but when clicking on links to access articles we are sometimes getting this error message:

We have reported this to Lexis Nexis, and this is their reply:

This is currently a known issue and our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue. Their estimated time of resolution is on 16th November.

As an interim measure, when students are on the search results list, at the top they will see an option to switch to Classic view. When they click the link the page will refresh to the old Lexis Library results format. They will be able to access the documents from that point.
