Internet problems at Luton Park Square

The issues with internet access this morning have been tentatively restored. Network traffic has been diverted via Bedford Campus until the root cause can be resolved.

With the diversion of network traffic, you may experience slower speeds of browsing and mail delivery. We advise that internet usage is kept to a minimum and strictly only for academic purposes.

Dawsonera ebooks - "Book has been withdrawn or is not available for your institution"

We've had reports of this error message appearing for books which should be available to us. It seems that this only happens if you are searching within Dawsonera itself - if you have found the book via the library catalogue, you get through to the ebook normally. We have reported this problem to our supplier, and hope that it will be fixed soon. In the meantime, if you are having trouble accessing an ebook, try going through the library catalogue to find it. If that still doesn't work, let us know.

UK Access Management Federation access to Web of Science

We are having problems with the UK Access Management Federation link to Web of Science. Instead of logging in correctly, it is taking you back to another login screen. This has been reported to Web of Science. However, the first link (ISI Web of Science (Both off and on campus access, NO personalisation features)) is working normally, so you should still be able to access Web of Science on or off campus.
