Student email/UK Access Management Federation login problem

There is currently no access to student email, or to any resources which use UK Access Management Federation login, including RefWorks, Dawsonera ebooks and VLEbooks. (Full list here.) ICT are aware and working to restore services as soon as possible. We will post updates as soon as we have any news.

Dawsonera ebooks – full service restored

We've been advised that the intermittent technical interruptions affecting Dawsonera ebooks have now been resolved, and that a full service has been restored.

We've been advised that the Dawsonera ebooks platform is having problems this morning. They are aware and are working on it as quickly as possible. If you have problems with a Dawsonera ebook, please try again later.

Dawsonera ebooks - downloading unavailable Thursday 18th May 07:00–08:30 BST

We've been warned that on Thursday 18th May, dawsonera downloads will be offline between 07:00–08:30 BST for system improvements.

The rest of the site will remain fully functional. Titles downloaded prior to this timeframe will be available to view as long as they have previously been opened.

LexisNexis planned downtime Saturday 13th May 5am-10am

We've been warned of planned downtime time for law databases on the LexisNexis platform, Saturday 13th May between 5am and 10am BST.

Lexis Library
International GAAP online
UK Newspapers
and any other resources with lexisnexis.com in the URL.
