Web of Knowledge maintenance Sunday 29 April

Thomson Reuters will be performing maintenance to
Web of Knowledge, EndNote Web and ResearcherID this Sunday, April 29,
2012 beginning at 12.00 BST (11.00 GMT). This maintenance is expected to
last approximately 12 hours.

During this time, there may be disruption of service and product access,
including Web of Knowledge Personalisation. The supplier apologises for any
inconvenience this may cause.

Anatomy.tv working normally on and off campus

It's been a long time, but we now have Anatomy.tv working normally both on and off campus.  If you have any further problems, leave a comment or let us know by email.

Sage journals - search problem fixed

The problem searching Sage Premier seems to be fixed.  Please leave a comment or contact us at library.technical@beds.ac.uk if you are still having problems.

Sage journals search problem

We seem to be having a problem with Sage Premier this morning, with all searches returning zero results. However full text is still accessible if you know the journal and issue you want and use the browse feature. The problem has been reported to the publisher and we hope it will be fixed soon.

World Advertising Research Center users - new email alert service

The World Advertising Research Center database is offering a new Topic Updates email service which tells you whenever WARC has new content on subjects that interest you. You’ll receive a convenient weekly email summarising content which matches your topic selections.  

To activate your weekly emails visit the Your Topics section of WARC. 

MarketLine data unavailable

We are having a problem accessing data in the MarketLine database, which we have notified to the supplier.  We hope that this will be resolved soon.
