Exam papers - problem solved

Good news - exam papers are available through the library catalogue again. Let us know if there are problems again.

Exam papers are currently unavailable via the Library Catalogue and Discover. This has been reported to our supplier and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Exam papers working again

Exam papers are now opening correctly again, even when searching from the Digital Library tab. 

Please let us know if you have any further problems opening exam papers or other files from the catalogue,

Exam papers update

We are still working on the problem with opening exam papers.  We now think that the problem only occurs if you have gone to the Digital Library page and done a search in the Exam Papers box.  If you have typed the exam title directly into the Quick Search box, you can open it correctly.

So, until we find a complete fix, you can use the digital library page to find exam papers, but then copy the title, go to Quick Search and paste in the title and search - you should then find that you when you have entered your username and password the exam paper opens correctly.

Exam papers and other pdfs not opening correctly

We are still having a problem with exam papers and other pdf material not opening correctly from the library catalogue, giving the error message

If this happens to you please email libacq@beds.ac.uk with full details of what you were trying to access and we will try our best to get a copy for you.

We have reported this issue to our supplier and they are trying to fix it for us.

Exam papers still unavailable

Unfortunately we are still having problems providing access to exam papers, and to some other types of material in the library catalogue.  The problem has been reported to our supplier and we hope to have it resolved before too long.
