DISCOVER login problems - change your password

We've had a couple of reports of people getting this error message when logging into DISCOVER:

We don't know exactly why this is happening, but we have found out that resetting your password (at the UoB password site) fixes it.

Credo Reference update - problem fixed

Credo have apologised for the problem, which was a global outage and is now fixed. Please let us know if you have any further problems.

Credo Reference problems

We are currently having problems access Credo Reference, getting error messages like these:

This is happening in all browsers via all routes, so we do not have a workaround at the moment. We have reported this to Credo and hope that it will be fixed soon.

Password change web page (password.beds.ac.uk) upgrade, Monday 18th November am

We have been warned that the password change web page will be upgraded on the morning of Monday 18th November. This means that you may not be able to change your password during this time. Please plan to change your password before or after this at-risk period.
