Web of Science personalised accounts - change of password required

Web of Science have alerted us that "Web of Science uses a version of OpenSSL that may have been vulnerable to the widely reported ‘Heartbleed’ vulnerability impacting certain versions of the OpenSSL web encryption program". 

They recommend that if you have set up a personal account on Web of Science, you change the password. 

They stress that "there is no evidence that any customer information has been compromised".

UK Access Management Federation problem resolved

The problem accessing resources via the UK Access Management Federation has now been fixed.

No access to resources via UK Access Management Federation (including Dawsonera ebooks)

The server which manages access to UK Access Management Federation resources is down, which means there is no access via UK Access Management Federation links. This includes RefWorks and all our Dawsonera ebooks. We have reported the problem and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible.
