The
Dawsonera ebook platform will be getting a
new look from Wednesday 24th April. There will be some disruption to the service during Wednesday evening:
"dawsonera will see two periods of 10 minutes downtime on the evening of the
24th April at 17:00 BST and 19:00 BST. At approximately 22:00 BST
users will start to see the new version of the reader portal. There should be no
downtime while this happens, however users that are on the platform at the time
of the switchover will be logged off. When they log back on, they will be on the
new reader portal and will be greeted by a message welcoming them to the new
look dawsonera".
Following this, there will be a period of disruption to the search function within
Dawsonera, which may last until 6pm on Thursday 25th. This will not affect your access to ebooks via
DISCOVER or the
library catalogue.
