We believe we have a fix for the login problems we have been having with ebooks, RefWorks, Reading lists and other UK Access Management Federation resources.
If it still doesn't work for you, try clearing your cookies and cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache) and starting a fresh browser session.
If it still doesn't work after that, please let us know and we will pass that information to the ICT team for further investigation.
