IEEE Xplore downtime Friday 7th September

We have been warned that due to scheduled maintenance, IEEE Xplore users may experience intermittent access issues from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM on Friday, 7 September. We anticipate that the site may be unavailable for a portion of this time.
