UK Access Management Federation problems (ebooks, RefWorks, XpertHR)

We're having some problems this morning with access to UK Access Management Federation resources (including Dawsonera and VLEbooks ebooks, RefWorks and XpertHR). Please bear with us while we get this fixed.
