We've been warned of scheduled maintenance affecting IEEE Xplore today (27th February) between 6pm and 9pm GMT. The site will not be down for the whole time, but there may be intermittent impact on performance. This may affect any ebooks or ejournals with ieeexplore.ieee.org in the URL.
