Problems accessing folders in DISCOVER/EBSCO databases - a workaround


We've had a lot of reports today of people not being able to access their folders in DISCOVER/EBSCO databases.





We understand this is caused by an incompatibility with the software we use to authenticate (telling the provider that you belong to UoB). We do have an alternative authentication route via this link, if you use this you will be able to login to your folders as usual.

EBSCO are aware of the problem and working to fix it, but in the meantime please use the alternative link.

If you have any other issues accessing your folders, please contact us with details of your username and the error you are seeing and we'll investigate.
