Problems accessing folders in DISCOVER/EBSCO databases - additional workaround

Following yesterday's announcement, we have had users report further problems with accessing folders in DISCOVER/EBSCO databases. EBSCO are working on the problem, but they have suggested one additional step that is necessary for users to log into their folders currently.

1) Log into Discover using this alternative link (you will need your normal UoB student ID and password for this).

2) Click on the Sign In button at the top RH of the screen.

3) When you created your folders account with EBSCO, you were asked to create a username as well as a password. If you can remember your username (or can guess it - you may well have set it to be your student ID number), log in using this and your password:


PLEASE NOTE: Using your username and password should work, but using your e-mail and password will not work (and the forgot your password link is also not working properly).
